"I did like how close it is to the Mayo Clinic. I also felt safe inside and the breakfast was very good. I didn’t like several times that we came outside people were smoking pot in the parking lot. Maybe some security or outside staff might help with that. I also didn’t like the super hardness of the bed"

"I have stayed here a few times in the past few years. The property looked amazing before but needs an exterior and interior facelift now. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor that seemed like a punishment compared to the beautiful rooms I was given prior stays, that were notably on the 1st floor. I don’t know if that made the difference, but just know if you’re given a room on the third floor, don’t expect that perfect clean and crisp hallmark quality that you find at other Fairfield properties."

"Everything was good except the smell/odor inside the room can really smell when walking in. Bathroom door was also broken had hard time opening the door ones is closed. "

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Pillows were comfy. Bed was a bit hard. Happy there was a shuttle to take me to the airport at 330 am. However driver didnt get out of van to open door or see if i had luggage. I was afraid he was going to fall asleep driving to the airport luckily it is a short drive. He didnt ask what airline. He didnt say good bye. Hotel was wonderful shuttle was a different story. Will stay here again. "

"Great place except pool is just a hole in ground in parking lot to side of hotel surrounded by 8 good ugly cream colored metal fence you can’t see through. "
