"The best place I’ve stayed at in Rosarito it was so cute and clean with everything you need to have a good time! Everything was brand new and It was only 3 mins to the beach and papa and beer. "Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
