"What a cute hotel just outside of the Florence city center. The staff is personable and so attentive. They genuinely want to help you have a wonderful stay. We booked the suite with the private hot tub. Our teenagers loved it. It was so special to be relaxing while looking out at the dome in the distance. Also, the breakfast was amazing. "Clean, would not say this is a luxury hotel but certainly adequate for a few night stay. Location was excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for the value. "

"Was not near downtown Florence, so would not suit someone wanting to be near the main attractions, museums etc. but neighborhood was safe and walkable with great gelato and dining options within short walk. We even were able to walk to the train station 35 ish minutes away with luggage for our departure. Property would not suit someone who could not do stairs. "

"Check in was easy. Hotel is in a great location, so close to Duomo, shopping and great places to eat. There’s a nice coffee shop with a great cappuccino right across the street. We arrived by car, but decided to park in a bigger parking lot fifteen min away. Our room for four people was spacious and it was great to have an air conditioning in a hot July. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. There was some street noice at night, but in no fault of the hotel. Would come back again. "
