The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. "Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

Der skal ikke så meget til før de kunne have fået bedre anmeldelse, men ting som at vi ikke fik gjort rent, skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder og selv skulle bede om toiletpapir i en periode på 14 dage tæller virkelig ned. Der manglede helt basale køkkenting, en lille ting men også irriterende. Der opdrættes fugle på stedet, og de larmer virkelig meget om natten. Der var ekstremt mange fluer,...

La tariffa loro era di 150,00euro a notte! Roba da matti... Per lui non era un problema sua e dovevamo rifarcela la con il sito! Scortese una spiegazione assurda...non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere.. Mi dispiace ma i 100 euro non gliel'ho dati.. "
