"Very friendly check in. We were very tired and they were so helpful. Lots of close restaurants. If you’re tired after a long drive go to Ted’s Steakhouse to unwind. It’s just a few doors down and a little hidden. We only stayed one night. Our second year in a row. If we’re ever in this neck of the woods we’ll be back."

"I can find absolutely nothing bad to say. Wonderful overnight. High end. Great pillows. Linens white and crisp.Lovely shower curtain. Soap and shampoo dispensers. Thick large towels . Hot tube with extra fluffy beach towels. Garden beautiful. Hanging flowers everywhere with a riot of color. The river runs right off the garden area with unique benches facing the water. And an additional perk if you have dogs a dog park right next to the property."

"Staff were very nice. Great location in Montrose. By riverwalk. Nice trails to walk. Perfect place for dogs. Nice grassy area that is clean with poop bags. Kept up. Charge is $35 extra per night for a dog. New hotel so rooms clean. Only complaint was no maid service one day. Never dumped trash etc. Breakfast very good and nice staff. One problem though is homeless hang around cars watching to take something. Have to lock your car doors. Observed two different incidents with homeless. Overall,...

"The stay there was ok but did not provide a closet or microwave and I was put into a handicap room without requesting it. Still waiting on the $75 refund they said I would receive. If not will be trying the Marriott there in town since I travel there frequently and they just opened. I feel if they don’t refund what should be refunded then it is a rip oof"

"The room appeared to have been recently remodeled / restyled. It was very tastefully done. Even the blinds in the windows were of extremely good quality. The toiletry products were amazing - Bee Kind. Plus they placed these in large dispensers in the shower and at the sink, showing good eco-friendly practice. It was a good breakfast offering as well. The only thing they could improve upon is the view outside of room #2 overlooking the back of the room had some outside drainage issues."

"Staff was friendly and the room although very small was clean. Rooms 6 and 7 have private showers and bathrooms down the hall. We did upgrade to a room with a bathroom in the room. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet but the property was in need of a landscaper. Doors into the hotel were not locked day or night. "
