When we walked outside to find another staff the people outside said and I quote "no we live around here you couldn't me to stay in that place( the Inn). The room itself had insects in the window, some dead some alive. The bathroom had peeling paint, tape holding up a ceiling tile that was painted over. "We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!"

"My room has bright enough light. The light switch configuration was a bit tricky, but just try all the switches until you find the right one. I let them know that the upper plug outlet in the bathroom wasn't working- so they took note and will have it repaired for next time. There was enough in the room - most importantly, wifi, nice bed, and reasonable amount of toiletries for the bathroom and shower. Also, the continental breakfast here is amazing and this is what makes them stand out!"

"The staff was a husband & wife ownership. They were very nice. The wife was helpful giving us recommendations on where to go. They were accommodating placing a bigger refrigerator in our room for all our perishables. The only drawbacks was the pool was out of commission on the hottest weekend of the summer, Due to the rain. The bathroom was big but only had 1 hook to hang a towel on. There was no storage to place clothes on while taking a shower or getting dressed only back of toilet or floor....

The multi-plug extender provided connections that were too loose to work. 2. The sink was very small (about 8.5 x 11) with a cabinet overhang. It was difficult to impossible to position your mouth over the sink while brushing your teeth. 3. I wanted to lower the temperature in the shower and...

"Innkeeper is friendly and the place was fairly clean. Lovely to have coffee and complimentary breakfast on site. Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."
