"This is an older hotel but I loved it! The family is very friendly and extremely helpful! I had 2 small dogs with myself and my husband & they were very welcoming to my dogs! All the staff and owners would speak to my dogs when we were out walking the halls, I was shocked at how well we were treated! There’s also lots to see and do, Tallulah Gorge less then 6 min away and Panther creek about 15 min…there is a Cuban place called HUSH, we highly recommend for dinner, be mindful the close early but...

"This was my first time staying at the Helendorf with some family. Wish I had one more day here it was awesome. The rooms were located at the courtyard up the stairs ,rooms 716 and 715 . Loved the rocking chairs they have in front of the rooms on the porch, the rooms were clean and kept up , no complaints. The staff were quick and friendly with the checkin process. Will definitely be staying at the Helendorf again ! The location is perfect to all the shops and restaurants "
