"Stayed here before. Great deal. Family loves the pool. This trip an elevator was flaky. Had to kick the door to get it to close. Night manager said she got stuck in it and had to call for help. No big deal though. We enjoyed our stay."

When the hotel staff found out it was our anniversary, they welcomed us into our room with a card signed by all the staff, a heart balloon, swan towels on our bed, candy, and two champagne glasses with sparkling cider. "This hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and were a huge help when I asked them for assistance. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came by to do a refresh everyday to keep things looking tidy. The included breakfast was a little sparce, but it was still filling nonetheless. I didn't get to use the pool or the gym, but I saw other residents enjoying themselves, and the areas looked clean and in working order when I passed them by. "
