"On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. We had the family room as it was the last one left for us to book & was a great size room. 10/10 "

"Basic doesn’t cover it! So called apartment (it definitely wasn’t an apartment unless a sink and microwave makes it one) was definitely not as advertised or pictured. Very bare and basic, nowhere to sit and no tv (apparently it came with a 32” smart tv in the description). City view did not exist either with one tiny high up window just showing a littered tarmac roof. Walls and other areas were not very clean although the bedding, towels and sink were fine.
