"This was the absolute worst. Needed something quick after a missed flight and wasn’t expecting a 5* resort but definitely wasn’t expecting there to be what seemed like a club going on in the room next door. The music was so loud you heard it on the entire floor. “Security” was of no help as the extremely loud music continued till 4:30am then restarted at 5:30 and finally ended at 9am. My daughter was electrocuted by the open outlet in the room and the mattresses felt like cardboard boxes filled...
