"Everything was great. Would gladly stay here again. Only small issue was room A/C kept the carpet wet by the door. Breakfast was good. Loved feeding the ducks and the enjoying the river out back. Pool was nice. Location was perfect. Already looking at our next trip!"

"This is the perfect place for those looking to park car and walk everywhere! Blake Shelton and Jason aldean resteraunt just at the corner. Perfect for those moonshine tastings as there is no need to drive. Breakfast feet away. Wildlife in parking lot. Multiple pools. Easy check in. I will make this my future place to stay in Gatlinburg. Absolutely best location and lots of parking. Kids were easily entertained and I can’t stress enough no need to drive! Pigeon forge is straight shot 6 miles...

"This is an older budget motel. It has been updated and is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and location is good. Breakfast is very good. It's pet friendly as well. We asked for and received a ground floor room which was very convenient for our dog. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend it."

"The food was hot and fresh and the lady preparing it was very friendly. She made it a very pleasant dining experience. The staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and friendly as well. "

"It was very dark in the pool area and the kids were scared to stay in the area. This was at 9 pm and pool was open until midnight "

"My stay was good with a few exceptions my tv only had local channels no cable I addressed it with management but that’s as far as that went had a bear visit and got in the trash at the pool they say a bear visits all the time but they don’t have bear proof garbage cans so naturally it’s gonna keep returning that being said the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable "

"At check out I mentioned that the exhaust fan was not working n the bathroom and it was explained that those run on a timer and that makes absolutely no sense to me. I never heard it kick on the whole time we stayed there. If they are not set up to turn on while someone is taking a shower how are they useful. "
