"The kindest staff ever. I was a unique case, my original hotel giving my room away and leaving me with nothing on a busy holiday. Jungle Sanctuary kept me from being on the street for a night. BE AWARE. This hotel does not want to be listed by Expedia. Expedia consistently allows customers to book with this hotel, even when the hotel is already fully booked. I joined to a sunset tour in tuktuk, it was way better than a big tour I had somewhere else. I totally recommend this place.
