So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau.
