"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. "This hotel is awesome! Super convenient! Drug store, 24 hrs convenience store, subway and bus station, all of major department stores, and bento shop (opens at 8am), different kinds of bar/restaurants (behind the hotel just walk along with river) arel super close!!! Only one issue. Taxi driver had the hardest time finding the hotel when I told him the address. Google map points parking lot. He should not have follow it's direction. The main entrance is facing the main road, Watanabe-dori....

"Overall the staff were very nice except one who work on Jan 08 morning shift at 10a.m., I asked her if possible to change my room, since l got room 301 which is very dark, she repeat twice very brunt - できない! without asking why. I don't think it was the right way to client as I was not demand for a room change, I was asking her nicely - if possible or not. Other than her, rest of the staff were very helpful : )"
