"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. "Staff was extremely helpful in getting our room ready early which was really appreciated as we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Nice, clean room. We could really have used a fridge to store baby food and an aircondition unit as the room got very hot during the day. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints "
