"for the price, i enjoyed the stay and the morning breakfast was great. for this hotel no need to pay the higher prices as other hotels that were also nearby, again based on my research with I booked the hotel."

"Let me start by saying - "if you're expecting the Ritz - this ain't it - the furniture is old and the room could use updating." However - if you're looking for a nice sized room - with a very comfortable bed - for an extremely quiet night's rest - then this is the place for you. What my wife and I truly loved about this property is: 1) it's pet friendly. 2) it's gated with roving security - we felt very safe. 3) we had a little issue with the hot water - we called the front desk - and the issue was fixed within minutes - not hours. 4) there's a wonderful breakfast served in the morning from 7am to 11am (times may change in the future). The breakfast personnel were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was hot and plentiful. 5) The layout of the property was very easy to access and there were plenty of parking in front of our room. Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay here in our future travel while enroute to Mexico City - and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. "The place was dirty , dusty waiting area, tv was not working, the pool they advertised was empty, half of the buildings was abandoned and dirty, it smells old , we had no choice but stay , the reservation was non refundable, curtains broken , terrible ! A complete disappointment to what they advertised fake pictures, and the price way to high to what the offer a spooky hunted building, to bad is located on the heart of the city, that was the reason I booked it trusting on the location and on the advertise , wish I can get my money back😔"

"For the most part the hotel is nice, reception super nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not swept or cleaned. Shower was full of hair from previous client, toilet rim stained with pee. "
