"Wir haben 2 Nächte nicht geschlafen weil das Bett viel zu schmal war; es ist nicht mal ein Queen Bett sondern viel schmaler. Reserviert haben wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten oder ein Doppelbett aber wir haben auch mit anderen Touristen gesprochen und alle haben derselbe Problem gehabt. "We had a great time at this hotel. We were there 2 nights and it was very easy to get in the car and see all of Isle of Sky from there. The property was under some construction but they did a good job of keeping it mostly away from the rest of the hotel. "This place sounded like a place you'd find in Australia. Not to be confused with Australis's own Wolf Creek. The isolation is the only thing these two places have in common, but Tingle Creek is a much more peaceful and quiet location. Shower was great, bed even better and the breakfast allowed you to choose from hot and cold selection, choosing how much and what you wanted to eat. "Friendly and helpful staff, along with a decent dinner menu in the bar were the highlights. Skimpy breakfast with awful coffee. Room was dated. Pancake pillows. Cramped shower. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."
