"We had a great time and this property was great! It is in walking distance to a grocery, restaurants, liquor store. There is a narrow opening to the ocean but there is a great public beach a few minutes walk that is more spacious. We loved having the ocean view and we spent a lot of time on the upper deck. Loved it!"

"One of the worst experience! Bath tub drain was extremely slow and notified the manager the following day. He said he would have someone fix it but never did. We stayed there for 3 nights, having to deal with water backing up and felt very gross after taking shower. Dirty, gross bedsheet on the sofa bed. Questionable neighborhood. "This establishment is located in a beautiful area for it to look like how it is on the outside from first glance. The drive way is hazardous and needs to be smooth down and paved. The outside sitting area that overlooks the beachfront needs some yard work done. Grass in the back needs to cut and the pavement need to be pressure washed filled with mold; the benches behind the room has to be refurbished pressure wash and repaint.
