"The staff here are absolutely amazing, some remembered me by name after a couple of days! Housekeeping did an awesome job everyday, loved the buffet food, they served fresh seafood and so many amazing dishes! The weather was crap while we were there, an anomaly, but there were still plenty of things to occupy our time."

"I liked the room and location close to downtown and the Nassau port . Making it scenic to watch cruise ship come in and go. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurants and bar and gift shop were priced but that comes with the territory. Overall the hotel and pool facilities were great"

"Booked ocean-view double room for Mom’s birthday; got downgraded on arrival. Promised move next morning—never happened. Chased front desk; one staff brushed me off, but a helpful young lady gave partial refund + breakfast voucher. Arranged birthday room decoration while we were out 4+ hours—returned to nothing done. Housekeeping said they thought we were switching rooms (despite confirmation we’d stay). Total miscommunication chaos. One staff member tried hard to fix it, but overall very disappointing for a special occasion."

"The hotel is well located in the city near almost everything. Staff are really polite except one man with a possible one eye injury from the front desk and one young lady who is not soft talking to people from the bar. If you are just looking for a place to lay down your body know that it is just that but don’t expect more. The bathing place is extremely small and your body will touch the curtain. Toilet 🚽 does flow well. Breakfast is very poor (Slice breads, Boiled eggs, slice oranges,but very good coffee and cream."
