"the staff friendliness and welcoming at the time. , three location is perfect, close to main interesting areas and might markets but quiet enough not to feel disturbed, the breakfast options are healthy and good enough, not if you're a Western where you're expecting the usual but plenty to go for."

"The best hotel over our overall stay in Thailand. The gourmet breakfast, with delicious local desserts. The staff very helpful and kind, specially Leg. The hotel located so close to the silver temple and night Saturday market; very quiet, clean and comfortable. Water and coffee all the time available. Highly recommended,"

"This hotel is really excellent!! If you’d like to enjoy meals, night life, and massage, why don’t you choose here?! MAYA shopping mall is so near. There are some music bars which so cool. And the rate of massage is so cheap. Of course, the facilities of the hotel are high level, and you can spend time with peaceful mind, because the area is not loudness. Additionally, the staffs are kindly, friendly and gently."

Peaceful place to stay situated right by Ping river. Breakfast was included. Grabbed food and stepped out to enjoy at one of the tables by the river.
Called Bolt around 10 am and the car came within 5 minutes every time. Most places cost 90 to 150 baht for me on a compact car.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!

Probably the nicest hotel stay we have ever had! Owner family on premises, and available to assist you without being too pushy. You had your privacy, but they were always available to provide information and help when needed. Very welcoming.

This was our favorite hotel by far! Aside from being adorable, we experienced nothing but top notch service here. The rooms were large and clean. Beds was extremely firm, however. The staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and was very helpful when we asked for recommendations or needed help communicating. Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative thing that I could say is that our door was left open by housekeeping. Luckily nothing was missing. The gentleman working there was our...

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

This hotel was pretty great overall. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. They even have a nice 24 hour café on the first floor that is very popular. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is a basic buffet and well-maintained. The hot food is mostly lukewarm, like all hot food in Thailand.
I did try to get a sunny-side-up fried egg. That did not work out well on either day.
