SAW RECEPTION IN THE MORNING TOLD TO EMAIL THEM WHICH HAS BEEN DONE NO REFUND JUST PASSING IT ACROSS TO SOMEONE ELSE SURELY SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE RESPONSABILITY AND JUST CREDIT THE FOOD I DID NOT GET TO EAT AS IT WAS STONE COLD."

"This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after. Location wise, it is a great place to stay, and we were very happy with the price we paid for a weekend stay in May. "
