"We had a very nice trip to New Bedford and this hotel was in a perfect location to downtown and the ferry to the islands. Hotel was very nice, beds large and soft, clean room. "Don’t judge a book by its cover! We were a little iffy based on the location, but as soon as we walked in, it was nothing but amazing service! We had a great stay at this location from the check in process to the employees that we spoke to. The M Club service was amazing too! Some components in our room’s bathroom needed to be addressed but all in all, clean atmosphere, friendly service, and overall great stay. "
