"An older motel but still with some water views. Situated just a short 5min walk from town and not uphill. 2 pools which both looked nice although too cold to try at the time. Include breakfast is only very basic continental however other option available to purchase. Did not dine in the restaurant but menu looked okay. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The blinds are the Venetian type and do not give any darkness once the sun is up. The shower did need a good clean with mould / scum...

"I had a wonderful stay and would recommend Airlie Guest house to anyone. Fabulous house with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy (inside or out), short walk to the middle of town and Mick was a gracious host who can set guests up with tours. A lovely breakfast spread of cereals, toast / jams / etc, fresh fruit and even fresh muffins on occasion. The view and outside deck was my favourite. "

"We stayed in unit 16b. The apartment was clean and the king size bed was awesome. The door locks on its own so make sure you take the key if you leave. We mentioned this to the caretaker as we had read it in reviews as well. She said she would have someone look at it. But why not have it fixed if it already had been mentioned more than once?
