"My room is Sunset tower 557, next to room 559. The noise seems to be coming from the room next door due to poor sound insulation. There is also a gap under the door, and air keeps coming through, creating wind noise at night. I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to block it. I tried to call the front desk around 10:15 pm to report these issues, but my call did not go through. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk in person.
