"There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room. Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. "Wonderful stay. If you take the rooms on third floor or above you will get amazing view. Very close to Mall road but still very quite and serene. They let us do an early check in at a very reasonable cost and also they upgraded our room. It was bronze they upgraded it to silver. Although even in silver they did not provided tea, coffee sachets. Although kettle was provided. Rest everything was really great."

"Large bathroom with good shower . Very clean room close to eateries and attractions but in a quiet area for a good night’s sleep . Staff helped with securing a driver for sightseeing and transportation. I would stay again next time I go back to Dharamsala."
