Beautiful hotel located at a convenient spot in Old Town. Room was surprisingly very spacious. Staff at Hawa House made sure we have freshly stocked drinking water and new towels every day. Would definitely stay at Hawa House again next time I go to Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Nice location, clean, good mattress, and pretty interior with museum.

Wonderful. Nathan took great care of us. They have great local recommendations. Very walkable. Out of the places we saw in the city this was the best location and best place to stay.

It’s right in the Heart of Old Town Phuket on Soi Rommanee❤️ staff members were ultra friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay there again when we return to Phuket:)

Highly recommend for someone who wants to be away from the super busy area but still able to enjoy the city of old town

Flawless stay. Smooth, early check in—high five, we’d just flown halfway across the globe and were six hours early, we didn’t ask, they just said our room was ready(!)—and seamless checkout with assistance with sightseeing and transfer to next location; all staff exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms thoughtfully appointed and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast add on was perfect. Small, boutique hotel in perfect location for Sunday night market, shopping, massage. Exceptional value.

Absolutely best stay. This place is so serene and clean. The staff is INCREDIBLE! So friendly and welcoming. I love it here, can’t wait to come back.

Check in staff was kind and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ratri Hotel. The location in Phuket Old Town is perfect, with colorful streets, cafes, shops, and great local food just steps away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with recommendations and getting around. Our room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, and we always came back to a fresh, well-kept space. The hotel has a charming, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after exploring. Great value, great service, and an ideal base for...

The location is PERFECT, and staff at the hotel is really nice. Plus the room was really big with a nice view! Very clean and comfortable room!

Room was spotless and sparkling clean. Staff was kind and helpful

Enjoyed my two week stay at Cool Residence. Not only does the name make everyone I met smile, the hotel itself was secure, clean, well-kept, and offered free breakfast. Wi-Fi was good even up on the fourth floor and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Good

Great place to stay right by all the gyms.

Great location. Clean. On quiet street. Nice staff.

Good experience, friendly and helpful staff including hotel's private taxi driver. Great location at old Phuket. I have a personal emergency and the hotel staff help me. Quiet location. I had a positive experience.

Nice Villa close to Kata Beach, with nice view of the ocean, shopping and dining is only 5-7 min away. room was nice and clean, good for a short stay did not like- No power outlet in the bathroom and limited staff on site only 8-6 pm, limited furniture for a long term stay
