"Unfortunately the A/C does not cool the room. Its a good size room and a small unit. The bed and pillow was awful hard that needs an upgrade as well. Everything else was excellent."

"Best five star pool deck sunsets without the cost of a resort. Liked that the Room led out to pool area. Place is a tear down but the beds were comfortable. Party spot for my friends yes! Romantic getaway, he better not! Lol"

They was having problems with key cards so we had to keep getting let into our room, but that's suppose to be fixed soon they said... they let us check in couple hours early though which was nice because we couldn't find any beach parking. Within walking distance of beach, shops, tour boats. Nice modern/ updated rooms. Clean. "

"This was our first trip to Clearwater. So our first time at this hotel. We loved everything about it. Our room overlooked the ocean so we got to see all kinds of marine life: dolphins, manatees, sting rays. Up close. It was awesome. No need to charter a boat. We will be back and we highly recommend."

I believe they did their best with what they have but new bedding, old & worn out, dust ruffle had what appeared to have semen stain. lamp shades are dirty & stained, replace ceiling fan in living room, it was so out of balance it couldn't be used & light bulbs were not working. Tv in bedroom didnt work. Window coverings were mismatched. Coffee pot had obviously not been sanitized as well as hot water pot that had old nasty water in it. Stove had old & dirty aluminum...
