"Ett prisvärt boende i ett väldigt bra läge. Vi bodde i ett nyrenoverat trebäddsrum som inte kändes trångt, men fönstret släppte igenom en hel del trafikljud från gatan utanför. Sängarna var lagom mjuka med sköna sängkläder, och alla hade eluttag med USB-laddning. Frukosten var typiskt brittisk, men väl organiserad och kaffet var utmärkt. Hotellet är extremt stort med över 1600 rum och väldigt långa korridorer."

"Lovely clean Hotel, the Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this Hotel and will be happy to stay again in the future."

"Clean enough, tight rooms, fine for short stay"

"Super helpful staff, my coeliac companion was beautifully catered for by the breakfast team."

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Nice hotel, close to Arena and Stadium. Staff were very helpful, bar and restaurant area very pleasant. Room very slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. I would stay there again"

"Overall nice stay with multi ethnic staff in reception which was nice, Rosa was very nice giving excellent service."

"Habitación limpia y amplia, muy bien comunicado y de fácil acceso"

"Great location"

"The hotel was cleaned, and hotel staff were friendly and polite. Very quiet at night. Free soft drinks. 👍 Hotel room is kinda small, But it was ok for us just to sleep. Breakfast was very simple."

"There were hairs on the bed completely disgusting also the place smelled like food."

"The location of this hotel is perfect; situated in a pretty parkette away from the noisiness of traffic. Close to plenty eating places, pubs within minutes walk, King's Cross/St. Pancras. is about 9min walk away, Russell Square Tube is 10min, as is Euston Station Tube/Rail around 14min walk. Waitrose (supermarket) is less than 10min walk, there's also post office, laundry facilities, barbers, everything you need nearby. The room itself is also equipped nicely with kitchenette (if you chose that...

"Bit of a strange hotel, clean but very noisy, poor breakfast and coffee. No parking and costly to park elsewhere"
