"We were here for a 2 night stay for an OM competition. This location is fairly new and is only about a 10 minute drive from the school and their main area where all of the restaurants are. I would stay here again if I am ever back in the area. I reserved an evolution room and didn't realize that is was a handicapped accessible room but it was spacious and I didn't mind. "Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs. I wish I new about this B&B years ago when my daughter was a freshman at ISU, we would have stayed her every time. The family, Peter & Denise were wonderful to speak with.
