"Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. "This was exactly what we needed for our short trip. We stayed one night here but I think this hotel can be ideal for more than one night. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful with everything - it wasn't our first time in Ghent so we know our way around but they did check with us and we're prepared to tell us about the city. The reviews did not lie about the breakfast. It is so good. Everything is super fresh, tasty and filling. I would book again just for the breakfast, it's also great value for money. The bed was comfortable, the Aircon in the room was working properly which was important as we came during a heatwave. They also have parking but we came on a motorbike so didn't need to use it. I would definitely recommend especially since we tried many other hotels in Ghent and in Belgium. This is also great location as it's super close to the center but quiet enough for a much needed rest in the evening. I would book again."
