Dans la chambre particulièrement mal agencée, seule la literie est au niveau. La climatisation plutôt inefficace est très bruyante, les rideaux sont plus tamisants qu'occultants, mini-bar et plateau de courtoisie font défaut tout comme un nécessaire d'écriture. L'entretien laisse à désirer : toiles d'araignée sur les fenêtres, meubles et peintures abîmés......

"Arrived 1and a half hour earlier than check in time, been told the room is ready but if check in right away need 50euro extra. Do not need check in early and Understand check in policy but feel very bad and unwelcomed. Just wondering if customer check in late or check out earlier can they get 50 Euro refund? :-) After decline pay extra, the receptionist just said the luggage storage is on the first floor (the lobby is on 0 floor) then left the counter without explained the storage place at which...

"Aparthotel Castelnou is a delightful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were so helpful, attentive and friendly, including advice on the best way to walk into the city centre. Dinner was amazing and there is a very pleasant small garden for eating outside. I'd thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay."
