Expedia advertises that you have to check in at a different location but we did not have to do that as property had front desk. The lobby reeked like cigarette, unsure if coming from outside or the bar/restaurant. Smaller hotel room but modernly renovated. Washroom is very tight as I noticed with all the washrooms in EU. "This was a very comfortable location. My family and I stayed in the family room. The kids loved the loft area. The hotel was convenient to the train. The parking was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was nice! I would love to stay again one day "

"We arrived and needed to find a hotel unexpectedly. We walked over to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. The room was very clean, tho small it was perfect for our visit. "

"It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid,...

"Very clean"

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "
