The bartender was attentive & friendly but instead of cleaning the bar & tables when it was quiet, he was smoking and on his phone. Not great when some of the tables were dirty. "Location is great nice walk in to Keswick about 20 mins. Food and drink very nice and a good price. Staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some renovation work but for a couple of nights it's a lovely place to stay. "

"Stopped at the Keswick Park hotel while walking the Cumbria Way. The staff were great and helped out one of our party who had injured her ankle while walking during the day and were on hand to provide refreshments once we arrived. Sadly the restaurant was not serving during our stay, however recommendations were given for nearby options which proved to be excellent."

"The hotel is charming. It’s not the most luxurious affair but everting is above average. Room comfortable and clean. Deluxe family has patio door with direct access to the garden is a plus. Their leisure facility is a bit tired and can be improved. Breakfast has enough variety. Staff friendly. Pleasant stay overall. Would recommend. "
