"Sadly pool was out of action . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We had difficulty getting the shower to run hot but this was solved by running the bat hot tap for a while."

"This is a lovely historic property with a top-notch chef/kitchen. Food was probably the best feature. Beautiful interior spaces. Comfortable room except for the noise outside—our room was right next to the road, snd because of how old the building is there’s no sound mitigation. So it felt like the passing vehicles and people on the street were right in our room! I would stay here again if I could get a room in another location not right next to the street."
