"Excellent location for the train station, the town was only a ten minute walk. Hotel was nicely styled, immaculately clean , bedrooms small but well designed to maximising space . Huge window with view of the station and mountains. Would have liked a kettle and coffee tea options in the room . Breakfast room had fabulous views , breakfast was basic , would have been nice to have a couple of warm options, Scrambled egg, sausage etc . Would definitely recommend. "

"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

"What a hidden gem! We are on a driving tour of Europe. Selected this hotel based off of reviews. We were late arriving as bad weather and traffic delays held us up. The hotel staff were so welcoming. They were due to close kitchen but kept it open to let us have dinner. Great food. Great Wine! The room was older yet very clean. Balcony view amazing! Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities.
