"We loved our stay here. Perfect location to explore the city. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Would highly recommend to others. Also very easy access to and from the train station."
"Really nice place to use as a base. Location is perfect for exploring Basel. Facilities were clean and perfectly functional for our needs.
The breakfast was ample, with a good variety of fresh food and drinks. There is a bit of a walk from reception to the room but not excessive and does involve a couple of flights of stairs. Breakfast is on the 8th floor which you can get to by lift. From here you have lovely views over the city.
The staff were always helpful when we had questions. Would...
"Convenient location next to tram station. The air conditioning and the free coffee were very much appreciated. The staff were helpful and friendly. Small room, but it was clean and quiet."
"Overall this is a very good hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff are superb and very helpful. I especially liked them providing me with a bottle to fill with water, freely available on each floor -this was wonderful.

"The air conditioning was fair.
Felt very secure as a single female traveler.
There was a wonderful covered outdoor area for smoking.
Very centrally located if you have a car."
"Don't stay here while hotel is under construction - safety issue.

Because the hotel was under construction, they had to take our groceries to a sister property three blocks away to keep them cold. When we were ready to pick up our groceries the next day, we were told we had to walk over and retrieve them ourselves, which we were not aware..
The biggest issue,...
"Camera pulita e comoda. Personale gentile e disponibile. C’è la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nel parcheggio coperto al piano interrato. Comodissimo.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliato!!"
