"We were warmly received at reception and our room was excellent. Breakfast was included and food was plentiful and of an exceptionally high standard. As we departed we were gifted with bottled water and a chocolate bar, a nice gesture. Sometimes you don’t want to share the secret of a great hotel with too many others but this was a top notch hotel, reasonably priced too. Thank you"

"The central place to stay in Basel. Right next to the central train station. Staff is very helpful and professional. It was not a problem at all to switch to a room with separate beds on short notice. Only stayed one night with an early departure by S-Bahn."
