"The hotel is very large and has an excellent bar, lounge area and very nice rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient bus service to get to the city centre and although it is walkable (i went down by the lough) there is a bus stop nearby for service to the city and to the racecourse "

"Wonderful place to stay. The only negative things was the lighting in the bathroom and room was a bit darker than we like. They are very energy efficient which is a good thing. "

"This place is great. Just a black door on a very busy street! We were in room 12 and couldn’t hear anything from the streets. 54 square feet of comfort! It was just what we needed. A place to sleep and shower! We didn’t need a big room! Earplugs are provided but again we didn’t need them! "

"Enjoyed a two night stay. There was a mixup on our second day and our room was not serviced. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away. Other than that, breakfast was lovely and our evening meal in the dining room our first night was convenient. "
