"Very convenient location in Kapaa - can easily head north or south depending on the weather and interests. Property has beautiful gardens and while the beach is pretty narrow, the ocean is beautiful. The buildings and rooms? The buildings are showing their age. The AC in our room was a bit flaky and the cable TV was kind of a pain to use. Oh... and while the third floor rooms have nice views, be aware that there are no elevators (at least in our building)."

"We really loved how centrally located it was. Great property. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Restaurant and bar on site with Live Music- On the beach! It really was great. My ONLY criticism is that I would have liked to have heard more Hawaiian Music from the live Musicians. We were their to appreciate the culture and the music is part of it. But, we will definitely stay there again!! "

"Security was great. Nice, well maintained property. Everyone was friendly and the layout was easy. Plenty of parking. Rooms had nice layout. Clean, air-conditioned, dishwashers and washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend. Downfalls beach directly behind isn't good for swimming. "
