The reasons are reasonable price, good breakfast, closer to the Kintetsu railway station and bus stop to Kintetsu Shiroko Station. The convenience store is just across the street if you need something. The hotel has onsen if you like to have a hot bath."

I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel.
