"This is absolutely one of the best places That my wife and I have experienced in the worldwide travel. The staff is super friendly, hotel is very charming and Zen like. The chef and dining staff went out of their way to accommodate our vegan needs. The Hot Spring pool and spa are top notch. This hotel was definitely a highlight in our two weeks trip to Japan! "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. What I love the most is the private onsen in the room. It's in a semi-open space (not in the room, but under a roof kind of in the back balcony). The private onsen refills itself, and temperature regulated. It was amazing. Beautiful scenery, excellent staff, exceptional breakfast."
