"This hotel was really nice and the rooms were nice and big. Extremely convenient as the train station is directly across the hotel and also 3 minutes from the Avanti building where most tour groups meet up. The Aeon mall is right next door and lots of food choices and a 24 hour restaurant close by. Try coffee in the room was not very good but they allowed me free coffee from the buffet which I thought was very nice of them! I had my luggage delivered here from Tokyo and it came on time. All the staff was really nice. No laundry rooms, the only downside but still a beautiful hotel. Would recommend!"

"I really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was right across the street from shopping and down the street from major shopping. The employees were very helpful. They stored our luggage before we checked in held it until we departed hours after checkout and helped set up luggage forwarding service. The size of the rooms were larger than I expected. The couch sitting area was much welcomed and allowed for our group to relax and spend time together in the evenings. I also like the free whiskey that was given on a daily basis and the unlimited tea from the dispenser in the lobby."

"The room itself was a good size and clean, the staff were very helpful with any enquiry always cheerful, only downsides were the size of the bathroom, could hardly move around in there, and also the pillows were very firm."

"Convenient location with nearby konbini pharmacy restaurants and less than 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station. Very clean comfortable room and wonderful amenities. Comfortable bed and room was quiet to sleep at night. Loved the shower and tub combo - the tub was deep enough to soak after a long day. Excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Water dispenser on each floor by the elevator helped us stay hydrated. We didn’t use the laundry room but it was always busy with other guests when we passed by. Amenity bar was always well stocked in the lobby. Enjoyed the monthly craft activity making a bracelet. Really enjoyed the afternoon snack hour and evening social hour. AYCE matcha soft serve DIY parfait and a wide selection of tea during the afternoon hour was our favorite. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet but hope to try it next time. We would stay at this hotel again if we visit the area again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
