"El hotel está de lujo, las instalaciones están muy lindas y los cuartos son espaciosos. Ofrece dos opciones de desayuno (una enfocada a preferencias japonesas y otro más continental). La ubicación no es la más idónea, si bien es cierto que está cerca del Castillo Imperial, esa zona es algo residencial, por lo que no hay tantas opciones de alimentos y compras cerca. No obstante, tiene una estación disponible a unos minutos. La pijama que te prestan durante tu estadía está muy cómoda, mi hermana incluso preguntó si se podía comprar (la respuesta fue no, pero eso habla de su calidad). "

"They offered free shuttle service to the nearest JR stations. Nice quiet area for a hot spring vacation. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package, and the food was fabulous and very authentic. It was my second time returning Yumotokan, and everything had been maintained up to standard or even better. Highly recommended!"

"Exceptional experience. Best hospitality we have ever received. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many great perks including a yukata to wear around, happy hour free drinks and a wonderful garden out back with an amazing view of the water. Kaiseki dinner was fantastic (lots of seafood) and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was amazing and the private onsen was very relaxing. Included complimentary shuttle service to the train station after check out in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here. 10/10."

"We loved this ryokan experience! It had everything we were hoping for. Dinner and breakfast were magnificent, the multi-course meals had us full and pleasantly surprised. We love the private onsen and yukata as well The staff here were super helpful and wanted us to have a nice stay. Most of them can help in basic English, but there were a few who you have to take out the translator for which was not a big issue"
