"It was a great convent place to be to be central of all activities. It can be noisy due to being downtown and hearing the vehicles and sirens go off. It was to bad that there wasn't a free breakfast area for guests, but the options were still pretty good. "

Unfortunately, my room was located close to the elevator and you could hear the mechanical whirling of it moving anytime someone called it to another floor. A surprising amount of people take the elevator at 2am. Other than that it was lovely. "

"Great hotel -- wish I had known about it sooner so we could have stayed here on our trips to Edmonton. The location is great, its quiet (soundproofed?), has adequate parking and is pet friendly. The staff in friendly and attentive without being intrusive and the hotel itself has been well-maintained. For the price, I don't think you can find a better place in West Edmonton. "

"The property was under construction when we stayed, however it was very quiet. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff, they were so friendly on arrival and departure. My son forgot his Edmonton oilers jersey and I didn’t realize it until we were 8 hours away at home. Upon calling they were so kind and helpful and housekeeping found the jersey and they held it safe at the front desk until I arranged pick up. "
