"Honestly this hotel is kind of underrated. This hotel needs more attention because this hotel is awesome! Me, my brother , and my mom were in the bus, but when we got to the other hotel everyone but us has gone to the other hotel. This hotel’s service is amazing and it made our days especially when we were on a 11 hour flight. Thank you, Art hotel."

"Great room with washer/dryer combination. Instructions are in Japanese so you’ll need google translate. Bath /shower really nice, place is really clean with everything you need and close to 7/11 and a Family Mart. Also close and withing walking distance to train stations with Dotonbori easily to get too."

"Beds were a little hard but overall absolutely worth the price. Airport shuttle and Lawson in lobby were very convenient."

"This hotel is absolutely worth the money. When I got here being quite tired, I got so frazzled that I didn't know what to do, but the check-in process was easy and quick. The room was amazingly clean with an adjustable AC and YouTube on the TV. Breakfast was also delicious; my favorite was the curry soup. However, the pillows weren't very good, and I wish there was a pillow with more cushion and support in the case you get a headache."

"Great place to stay before heading to the airport. They offered transport to the airport but I took the nearby train instead as the schedule didn't quite work for me. I've been here before though and used it then and recommend it. Lovely staff looked after my luggage while I went for a walk around Narita."
