"Glacier Bay Lodge was a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world! It had everything we needed- rustic charm, friendly people, comfy beds, a restaurant and excellent customer service! They provided shuttle service from and to the airport and ferry and to other places as needed. They also provided several tour options- the Glacier Bay boat tour was excellent! "Very nice property but no extra towels or blankets available. No cups in bathroom. Loved the electronic information board. "

"This was the perfect getaway to truly disconnect from civilization for a while. A truly unique experience. The house is perfectly located on the waterfront with a view of the water in the mountains, with whales and seals swimming past. Our host took great care of us, including picking us up at the dock. There are some good local hiking, just watch out for the bears. Food and groceries are available, though limited. Everything is walkable, and there is beauty all around."

"I can say that I’d stay here again. By far my best hotel experience in my life. I’ve stayed in top of the line 4 and 5 star hotels but what I loved the most here were the beds, towels and above all the restaurant. In the five days I was there every meal was delicious and the quality of the food preparation and cooking was excellent. The only thing better than what I’ve explained was the employees. Top job Doug. Bummed I didn’t get to talk to you and share these things with you. Again, mahalo and aloha! Lance Ho, KTN., AK"
