Be aware that you have to pay for parking, The staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Food - well presented and lots of choice at breakfast. Negatives. Soup of the day, not the best. The hotel itself is set in an old building, and it showed with the creakiness of floorboards and thinness of walls, meaning you could hear conversations and movements in hallway and neighbouring rooms. Nice and close to the city centre (15 min walk to centre of high street) and good amount of onsite parking, which is a rare feature in Canterbury."
