"I was pleasantly surprised to receive a public transportation ticket at the reception."

"There was a bit of a hiccup with our checkin, since they had no record of us having already paid. It was eventually straightened out, then they realized that we had overpaid and refunded our credit card. All was well. The room was comfortable, clean and had ample space. There does seem to be noise that carries through the walls and halls, but since we travel with earplugs, it was no problem. Bonus was the bidet in the bathroom."

"We stayed for one night on our way to Copenhagen. The property is well managed, elevator is a bit small but working as it's supposed to be, room and bathroom are clean. Mattres is in a good condition. Our room was facing the opposite of the Hbf and it was nice and quiet in the evening."

"Great hotel if you are looking to experience the Reeperbahn; literally you will be in the middle of the action. I had a courtyard room, so I did not have a problem sleeping. The staff is nice and the hotel clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was quite adequate. I have never had a hotel room that has no fridge, no kettle, no coffee/teas, no water; this room had nothing however they let me get hot water in the breakfast area whenever I wanted. There was a writing desk with chair. The desk had a lamp, and phone to reception, and above the desk was a flat screen tv with remote. The beds had lights and there was a light for the room.
