"Dated... REALLY dated... the rooms are big, but feel very old; the bathroom felt small and cramped, the beds may have been nice in the 80's, but I expected better in a hotel nowadays. The air conditioner was noisy, there were barely any electrical outlets in the room. And the worst was the internet, I tested it multiple times and I could never get more than 0.2mbps so completely unusable for modern work. "For the price this is a very good option to be in the center of Xalapa. Our room was small but we only needed to crash for a night. The coffee in the room was excellent the shower was very good and walking out there were many excellent options for breakfast."
