"I checked in at 1pm, checked out at 11:30pm for a silly-o'clock flight. I just needed somewhere to relax and take a shower, so I didnt sleep there. Very close to the airport, in fact right next to the runway. Lovely pool on the roof where you can watch the planes take off and land. 👍"

I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . "Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. "This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"
